Our journey began in the kitchen of our founder, Henry Poncho, and Jullian Poncho, a passionate advocate for providing the community with a healthier alternative plant-based cuisine without compromising the taste and also a true gelato enthusiast. Henry started experimenting with plant-based ingredients and innovative recipes, and thus, Everdale was born.
